Unlink wordpress.org blog from "My Blogs" tab

  I used to have a self hosted blog, (http://mel.lavadia.com) which was linked to my .com account because of Jetpack (I think).

  I’ve long since changed the domain for my self hosted blog, and I want to remove it from the “My Blogs” tab in the wordpress.com dashboard but I can’t seem to find how to do it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
