Unlinking WordPress blog from domain
-
I want to keep my domain that I registered (wvsdesign.com) but I want to upload my own site which I created in dreamweaver to the domain. How can I unlink my blog from that address so i can post my new pages?

We are not a hosting provider, so you’ll first need to get one to upload your Dreamweaver-built site. We have a few recommendations at http://get.wp.com/hosting/
Once you have done that, you can direct your domain to your hosting provider by changing your nameservers: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#update-nameservers

I already have hosting with Lithium hosting and have transferred the domain. Ever since I did that I cant seem to get back to the domain manager login area. I follow the directions provided but can no longer find that specific area. Is this something I need to do through my new hosting provider?

Yep, http://wvsdesign.com/ is definitely pointing to your hosting provider.
You can still access your old blog at http://wvsdesign.wordpress.com/
