  Hi michaelrajruby,

  The account you are currently logged in to hasn’t registered any custom domains through WordPress.com. Which domain do you need help with?

  It may also be worth logging out of WordPress.com, then logging back in with the email address your purchase receipt was sent to.

  Just let me know and I can take a look though.
