Our records show you cancelled ram-renovations.com yesterday, though it was already expired at the time that you cancelled it – it expired on 6 April and will go into redemption at our registrar within the next few days.
I can email our registrar and try to get the domain back for you before it enters redemption, but at this point you’ll need to renew the domain before you’ll be able to transfer it. Please confirm if I should try to recover the domain, and I’ll send you a link to pay for the renewal.
Also please be aware that if the domain goes into redemption before we can contact our registrar, they will charge an additional $80 to restore the domain, so I need to know as soon as possible if you want to recover the domain.

Hello and thank you for your help. I was trying to transfer my domain to my new set up with weebly. I have renewed my domain and also paid for it to forward people to my new site. It would have been great for everything to work the way I wanted but I need to keep the correct domain
ram-renovations.com and I am not sure where to go with it now. Basically I have it working by rerouting them but I would prefer to have a direct site. Please let me know if there is anything that can be done. Thank you. -
The last payment you made for that domain was in April 2016.
The payment you made two days ago was AFTER you’d already cancelled the domain, and only added a domain mapping upgrade to your account. It did not un-cancel or renew the domain.
The only way to un-cancel the domain is if I email our domain provider to do it, and I can only do that if you specifically confirm, so please let me know if I should do that. Once the domain is back and renewed, I can then help you get it over to Wix.
