    Hi, I need help unlocking my domain. I registered ‘colleenviana.com’ here in 2014 and need to unlock it. Can you please assist?

    Hi there,

    That domain expired and was removed from our systems in February 2016. We have no control over it any more, and if you didn’t re-register it with 1and1.com in August 2016, it means someone else now owns it. You can try contacting the current owner and ask if you can buy it back from them, but that’s the only way you’ll be able to use that domain again.
