Unlock Domain

    I can’t unlock my domain. The domain is not new and I didn’t change any contact information, so I should be able to unlock it right?

    I am following the steps described in the link below, but after clicking the Unlock button, it says it is unlocked, but if I refresh the page or navigate to that page again, it says the domain still locked :-(

    The user account that you are posting form is not the owner of the gabynocanada.com domain. So that is likely why you are having an issue successfully unlocking it.

    If you log in with the upgrade owner, you shouldn’t have any issue.
