Unlock domain for transfer

  Hey support, I need you to unlock the domain fey-arts.com for purchase or transfer. This is my old domain that I just cancelled and I want to move it over to another registrar. Thank you!

  My website is currently down, and I no longer have access to the domain I purchased from you – fey-arts.com. This is urgent.

  Hey Kathleen,

  I see that you removed the domain from my control, which unfortunately has made this problem worse since I can’t authorize a transfer to my new registrar now. The domain is still coming up as ‘locked’. Is there a way you can either 1) release the domain / unlock it or 2) Return it to me (I’ve paid for it for the next year) so that I can do this?

  Hi there,

  The domain, fey-arts.com, is not registered with WordPress.com. You had it connected to your WordPress.com site via a domain mapping upgrade, but it is registered with GoDaddy.com, so you’ll need to contact them for help unlocking it to transfer.
