Unlock domain so I can move it to GoDaddy

  When I tried to unlock, I get this error message: The domain could not be unlocked. Please try again or Contact Support if you continue to have trouble.

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there,

  The domain you are trying to unlock is not under your WordPress.com account, but rather under a different user’s account – the owner of the site. If you know the owner of the site and upgrade, I would reach out to them and have them unlock the domain.
