Unlock Emails

I’m trying to log into my website. I’ve been making updates all morning. Now I’m locked out, but I’m not receiving my unlock emails. (not the first time this has happened) Please help!

Hi @gemmacevans, my url is http://www.daisychainsjewelry.com, but my initial issue has been resolved, as in I can now log into my site. It was a plugin conflict.
HOWEVER, my secondary issue is not resolved. I did not receive any of my recovery emails through this snafu. I’m not sure if the plugin conflict was causing a “fake” IP blockout, therefore not triggering the recovery email to actually be sent. Or, if there is a problem with the recovery email itself on the wordpress end.
My host informed me that no emails were hung up, and no emails were received from wordpress regarding the lockout issue. If you could offer your assistance in this regard I would be most appreciative. =)

I’m glad to hear you are logged into your site now and thanks for sending me the URL.
daisychainsjewelry.com is a self hosted WordPress.org site, not a WordPress.com site. There is more information about the differences between the two in this guide:
Emails for self hosted sites aren’t sent from our servers, which means I’m unable to see why you didn’t receive a recovery. I can help you with questions related to your WordPress.com account and Jetpack though.
