Unlock my suspended website with wordpress

Your account has been suspended due to guideline violations.
Your account was disabled because you continued to solicit paid work on the forums via off forum contact.
What to do next
We know that this email is frustrating to receive and can feel hurtful. It is not meant to be so, and we ask you read the entire email before replying.
If, after reading this whole email, you feel that a mistake has been made, we are absolutely willing to hear your explanations. After all we, like you, are humans. This email includes an explanation of our process, so that you may better understand the situation.
In your reply, you should do the following:
- Explain why you believe this was in error
- Confirm you’ve read the forum guidelines
If, however, you recognize you did violate the guidelines, that’s okay! Just make sure you have read the guidelines and give us your word it won’t happen again. We absolutely will take you at your word.
Of course, if you later go back on it and violate guidelines again, you will be banned and there will be no appeals.
Why your account was suspended
When someone violates the guidelines of the forums, their account and all related accounts are immediately suspended and are no longer permitted to post on the forums. Regardless of how helpful they have been to the community, everyone is expected to follow the guidelines and course-correct when informed by moderators that they have violated guidelines.
Of course we recognize everyone makes mistakes, which is why we do not suspend accounts without at least giving them one warning in public.
Under no circumstances should you make a new account. Making a new account will be seen as an intentionally hostile act, which will result in further restrictions being placed on you.

WordPress.org Password Resets | (email visible only to moderators and staff)WordPress.org Forum Guidelines – https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/
That was my last communication with password reset.
Can someone help me recover the suspended account so that I can work on my website? Thanks.

Hey @infiniteganesh 👋
Happy to help clarify what’s going on here!
First important thing, your WordPress.org forum account and your WordPress.com website are completely separate things. A suspension on the WordPress.org support forums doesn’t affect your ability to log into WordPress.com or work on your website at all. So go ahead and log into your site as normal, that part should be completely unaffected.
For recovering the suspended WordPress.org forum account
The email you received actually explains the path forward really clearly, you just need to reply to that same email and do one of two things:
- If you think it was a mistake, explain why and confirm you’ve read the forum guidelines
- If you did accidentally solicit paid work on the forums, just acknowledge it, confirm you’ve read the guidelines, and give your word it won’t happen again, they’ve said they’ll take you at your word
The guidelines are here if you need a quick read: wordpress.org/support/guidelines/
Just make sure you reply to the original suspension email rather than creating a new account, the email specifically flags that as something that would make things worse.
The WordPress.org moderators are generally reasonable about first-time violations as long as you respond honestly. Good luck!
