Unlocking domain

    Hi, I owned Saydeebelle.com on this account on wordpress and deleted it. I would like to start it back up, but am being told I need to have it unlocked. I also paid for a year of premium in Sep of 2017, but I am showing as not having it and want to get it reinstated.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    I’ve added the Premium plan and saydeebelle.com back to sunrisemamacom.wordpress.com for you:

    It’s best not to cancel a domain you wish to use again in the future as there is no guarantee you will be able to get it back if you change your mind at a later date.

    but am being told I need to have it unlocked.

    The domain was parked with us after being cancelled, which is why we needed to restore the domain for you (and there wasn’t an option to do so within your account).

    I also paid for a year of premium in Sep of 2017, but I am showing as not having it

    Your plan has been restored and will remain active until the original expiry date on 21st September 2018.
