Unlocking domain

  i can’t unlock my domain, i have to transfer it to wordpress.org, but it fails every times. Now comes an error when i try to get the transfer code.

  What can i do?

  Hi Stefano,

  I’m so sorry, but currently we are having issues with unlocking the domain. I have reported this back to our team, who are in talks with our registrar to fix this.

  I was unable to transfer my domain also when it appeared to be unlocked, just before the error message appears. Could be for these issues too?

  Hi Stefano,

  We have been having issues with transfers even before this issue with the domain unlocking. It’s something we’ve been trying to get fixed.

  So sorry about this. I’ll keep you updated as soon as I hear anything.

  I’ve received word that this should be working now!

  Please try unlocking the domain now and see if it goes through. Let me know if that is not the case!
