Unlocking domain and transferring to another provider

  Hi there,

  I am following the instructions below;
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/

  However i have limited options to choose, i have:
  Email
  DNS Record

  As the only items to select, the instructions in the above link advise there is a Transfer Domain option. I cant seem to locate this.

  Hi there,

  You don’t see the option to transfer your domain because your domain is not registered with us. It is only mapped here.

  Your domain is registered with Namecheap.com, so if you want to transfer it to another provider, you have to do it from your account with them.
