  I recently bought a domain from Philhosting/Webtextmedia. To date, there are no instructions on how to use / manage it. Thanks

  Hi oliverbsalangad,

  If you purchased a domain through Philhosting/Webtextmedia you will need to contact them directly about managing it.

  Would you like to use the domain for your WordPress.com site or a site hosted elsewhere?

  Thanks for confirming. There are two options for using the domain on your site:

  1. Connect the domain to your site with domain mapping:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  2. Transfer the domain to WordPress.com:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/

  Both of these options are available through our paid plans — Personal, Premium and Business. These plans include one domain credit which can be used to transfer a domain to WordPress.com or connect it to your site with domain mapping.
