Unmap my domain

  Hello.
  1. I would like to unmap my domain racheldalehoward.com from RachelHoward.me please. I understand you have to do this.

  2. I would like to transfer the domain to another registrar. I don’t see where I make that request. I have read your transfer instructions and have not found the ‘magic’ button.

  Please advise.

  Hi Rachel,

  Your first step will be transferring the domain to another registrar. Once that is done, you can cancel the domain mapping (to unmap the domain from your WordPress.com site) on your My Upgrades page.

  You can follow the steps in our guide to Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar to transfer that domain. You can go to your My Domains page to start that process.
