Looks like your domain still points to the WordPress.com name servers. To point the domain you registered at WordPress.com to another server (hosting service), please follow the instructions here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#update-nameserversNote you will need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)
Hope this helps – let us know if you have any more questions!

thanks but I’m still confused. I signed up for my domain name via wordpress in order to use it for the URL for my wordpress blogs. I don’t have it hosted, but rather use it as a redirect. No when I get to the nameservers I’m not sure what to enter

in other word I’m trying to get wordpress to forward Forward your domain, we will automatically set your nameservers for you, but I keep getting the error message this domain already mapped to original blog

We do offer a Site Redirect upgrade that automatically redirects your domain to a different domain. You can purchase this upgrade from the ‘Store’ page in your blog’s dashboard. Please follow the instructions in this guide.

so when I bought the domain VIA wordpress I limited it to the blog I had when I bought it? That sucks. Why should i have to pay to associate the domain I bought with whatever blog I want?
