Unmapping domain

    I cannot link the domain: drawduck.com to the new account.
    Originally I accidentally placed the email as (email visible only to moderators and staff), I tried switching the email to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and when the email link was sent, it said that it already had another account linked to it and would not let me log in.

    I need a refund for the monthly plan and remove the domain completely, so that I can start over again.

    Please help as soon as possible, thank you.

    That site that domain is mapped to belongs to a different account here, not the one you’re currently logged in under.
