Hello,
Somebody has setup a wordpress.com site trying to pass themselves off as us. How do I get it shut down and ideally find the person responsible. They have used our branding and logos and it looks legitimate.
greatermanchesterlocalrecordcentre.wordpress.com/ is the dodgy address. Our actual website is http://www.gmwildlifer.org.uk.
I can’t find a contact number or email address for WordPress to get this closed.

That site has been abandoned for more than a year. Looks like a staffer set it up and then left the company. You can try this http://en.support.wordpress.com/disputes/
But personally I think without a court order of some kind, staff will not take the site down. And why bother? You should be able to outrank it in a week or two as long as you post daily to your own site and do reasonable SEO work.
