We are operating the above named website on WordPress and would like to know whether some unidentified person is using the (email visible only to moderators and staff) to contact people without our knowledge.

If you think someone is using your email address, it’s time to thighten security: change the password and, if possible, activate 2FA. On the other hand, it’s very easy to spoof an email address.
