Unregistered Username

  PLEASE help me… I have been trying for about 4 hours to login to WordPress to access forums however when I’m logging in I keep getting the same message- that my username (email visible only to moderators and staff) is not registered, I have attached a photo for reference.
  I have cleared Cache and Cookies
  I have tried all version of alakaijewellery, including my name, with and without the gmail.com etc
  I have attempted to rest the password and reset the username however have not received an email following up on this….

  For the past 6 months my customers have not been able to access my website via a mobile phone and when logging on through an internet browser a message is appearing I cannot resolve.

  This is creating significant difficulties in running an online business and I would be so greatful for any support.

  the fact that you are posting on this forum means you have successfully managed to log in to your account, however, you may have made separate accounts, it happens a lot.

  However you logged into WordPress.com and your site is not hosted here, this forum is intended for sites hosted on WordPress.com and yours is on Siteground

  it also looks like alakaijewellery.com is a WooCommerce store, you can also get help on the support forum for that particular plugin here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

  you can also try to contact your WebHost for assistance assuming your hosting plan covers the support you require

  You’re right, I did create a new account.

  I was stuck trying to find any other way to get help…
