unreserve a domain name

    I was hoping to set-up an account with wordpress “dwalton.wordpress.com” however when I put this into the search bar wordpress says
    “The address dwalton.wordpress.com is reserved and cannot be registered”

    Is there any way of getting the current owner to unresevre this if they are not using the account?

    It seems that there is already an account under the name: dwalton. This means that this account has the privilege to create a blog within that name, that’s why it’s reserved. Feel free to create another blog name.
