Unsatisfied With Service – Support Requested

I am not satisfied with the website builder. When I paid for it, it said I would be able to customize the design of my website through HTML, leading me to believe that I would be able to add my own code. This is just another drag-n-drop website builder with built in themes that leave no room for actual creativity. I would like to speak to a representative of WordPress and see what can be done to either: 1) educate me on how to implement my HTML without having to go through the hassle of the stupid ‘website builder’ OR 2) refund me my money, because I’m not going to use this stupid thing if #1 is not possible.

My account is 11 minutes old because I had to sign in through an email, not the webhost. It would have normally rerouted my information but I didn’t think anything of it.
