  A lady has followed my blog. She now says she wants to unsubscribe, but she can’t work out how to do so – and nor can I. Can someone help please? I have her email address, but she is convinced it is my fault and is threatening to take me to the Information Commissioner!

  Hello there,

  Email subscribers can unsubscribe from a blog via an unsubscribe button that is present at the bottom of an email sent from the blog.

  WordPress.com followers can unfollow a blog as per these instructions: https://wordpress.com/support/following/#how-to-unfollow-a-blog
