unsubscribe

I have a couple of people who wish to unsubscribe, and they can’t – when they press “unsubscribe”, it doesn’t unsubscribe them. Then they feel like they are being spammed.
How do I help them unsubscribe?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

And do you know if they are getting notified of new posts or new comments? New comments can generate a lot of notifications if you have an active site.

they are subscribed thru e-mail, and they get all my posts, but not comments.

If the regular “unsubscribe” link in the emails is not working, you might have them try clicking the “manage subscriptions” link in the email. You can remove followed sites from that interface as well.

I haven’t asked. You know, it’s hard to ask too much of a customer. I want to keep them happy, and can’t really push too many buttons. Especially if they are already annoyed because they feel like they’re getting “spammed”. I don’t send out a lot of posts for that reason, but some folks have a lower threshold for this type of thing.

I understand completely. On this end, it’s somewhat difficult to troubleshoot through a third party as well.
Perhaps the best bet would be to have them contact us here at WordPress.com themselves.
