  I’ve tried several times to unsubscribe from Skwawkbox newsletters. They still keep coming! I must be doing something wrong but can’t see what. Could you tell me how to ‘unsubscribe’, please?

  Hi there,

  It looks like you’re signed up to follow not only that site, but over 80 individual posts on that site, directly via email, rather than via the WordPress.com Reader.

  Please log out of this WordPress.com account and then go to https://subscribe.wordpress.com/ and enter your email address. This will generate an email with a unique link. Open that link still without logging into WordPress.com. That should allow you to access these subscriptions and cancel them.
