  Hi mary1720,

  If you no longer wish to receive email notifications of new posts on certain blogs, there is an option to unsubscribe from those in Reader > Manage:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/following/#manage-email-and-im-settings-for-specific-blogs

  There should be an option to turn off email notifications for new posts. You can also unfollow the blog entirely by clicking “Following”.
