Unsubscribing but keeping domain

  Hi – I can’t see how / whether it is possible to unsubscribe from wordpress premium but keep the subscription for my domain registration – only how to delete everything. Is this possible?

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  Yes I set up using a different email address – now found the purchase information. It is split into 3 separate purchases, wordpress premium, the domain and Gsuite. Can I delete the premium subscription but retain the domain and Gsuite as I don’t use the website but want to continue to use the domain for the email? When I look at cancelling the wordpress premium it says all will be forwarded to the wordpress site/domain name.

  Yes, you can only cancel the plan and maintain the custom domain and email. Bear in mind, however, that without a paid plan, you won’t be able to use your custom domain as the primary address anymore.
