unsuccessful migration

Can’t migrate—I have attempted to migrate my google knol on Menstruation to menstruationinformation.wordpress.com without success. The migration stops after the first two green bullets: google authorization granted, and export file requested. It goes no further, inspite of trying it multiple times and giving it plenty of time to work.
I’ve gotten several messages in email saying:
Howdy hillarpa!Your Knol export file seems to be taking way too long to generate on Google’s end, or there was an unexpected error importing it.
You can try restarting the process again via the link below, or contact support to get some help.
