Unsuccessful transfer
-
Hello…I’m totally confused now. I had my own domain http://www.cloud9edu.com at weebly.
I tried to transfer it to wordpress and now keep in getting an error 310. All I want is one wordpress site with my 2 domainspenbentley.com
and
clour9edu.comIs that possible, a website for each domain running out of one wordpress.com account?
Please help…in simple steps. Many thanks, Penny

Your domain’s nameservers are still pointed away from us.
Per the guide at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/ they need to be set to:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM -

http://cloud9edu.com/ appears to be working properly now.
It can take domain changes up to 72 hours (though usually much less) to propagate to your ISP. Unfortunately, we have no control over this as it all depends on how often your ISP refreshes their DNS cache.

Thank you…it’s up and running. Just one more piece of advice please.
The URL I moved from Weebly to WordPress.com also had it’s unique email which is no longer working. I’m not sure how to fix it. -
If Weebly offers MX records, you can add these to your Custom DNS panel to restore your email service.

Otherwise, you’ll need to setup up your email through Google Apps for Domains.
