Unusual email

    Guys I have received two emails last night and today with the following content.

    24 failed login attempts (4 lockout(s)) from IP: 186.202.127.27

    Last user attempted: admin

    IP was blocked for 24 hours

    It is being sent from (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    I have a wordpress account with you, this one, and we have a further company wordpress, accessed through our website. I dont understand where this is coming from or is it just spam/some idiot trying to get into our wordpress. Any ideas or suggestions. Thank you

    It is not coming from WordPress.com. It is coming from the other blog, the company blog.
