Unusual subscriptions are not followers
-
Overnight I got 18 new user registrations, all with somewhat strange email addresses. In one case 7 different ID’s @riggenbach83.truckmetalworks.com signed up within a short time. None of them show up as WP followers or email followers.
What should I do?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
http://familytreetutor.com/ is not a WordPress.com site, but using the open source WordPress software and is hosted on Siteground.com’s servers. You can manage that site via your WordPress.com account thanks to the Jetpack plugin you have installed on that site, but we have no further control over that site beyond the features included in Jetpack.
The version of WordPress you’re using has an option that allows visitors to the site to create guest accounts – this feature is mainly used by online stores and subscription-based sites that have a reason to allow visitors to create their own accounts. You can disable this setting by going to WP-Admin ->Settings ->General, and you can delete the new guest accounts that were created at Users ->All Users.
For more questions about or help with this feature, please ask in the self-hosted WordPress forums that provide support for your version of WordPress instead:
