Unvalid email address

  Hi. I have just created a WP site from my domain musichub.no.
  I used the same email address as I have on my private site (looged in with Google, I believe). When I try to log in to musichub admin, I get the message that my user ID (email address) does not exist. What can I do? I copy/paste from my welcome email from WordPress.

  Hi Monica, are you logging in at musichub.no/wp-admin ? Note our service is separate from a copy of WordPress being run with another host:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  If you can’t log in there, ask your host for help with this:
  https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

  Hi.

  Thank you for your answer. Yes, it is the admin site I’m trying.
  It says unvalid email address, even if I get emails from WP on the same email

  Then there’s probably something wrong with the credentials stored in your site’s database.

  You might be able to fix it using the instructions @supernovia provided above, but if not, your best option is to contact your hosting provider directly for help.
