Unwanted links showing up in posts

  We are new to WordPress and have just brought our new site online. After only a day, the site is filled with a bunch of unwanted links to sites that we do not want. We need guidance on how to remove these unwanted links. We tried deleting our posts, but the links came right back when we resubmitted the post.

  Hi Karen,

  I did not see those links you mentioned when visiting the site, and WordPress.com doesn’t use link advertising like you mentioned.

  The links you described sound like the kind that are sometimes caused by malware or a virus, but more often by a browser extension or toolbar that you may have installed in your browser.
