Unwanted spam

  Hello,

  I am getting a lot of spam emails (as comments) on my blog. Usually such comments go to my spam folder automatically, but for the past 2 days, they are nto getting caught in the spam folder and are coming to me as “regular comments” to approve. I know these comments are spam b/c they don’t relate to my blog. Also, when I click to see who is sending them, it takes me to a FB page?

  Can you please look into? I’m not sure if the spam filter is not working properly, or these spammers are just getting smarter!! ;)

  Akismet is a learning anti-spam engine, so as new spam comments start to get through, just mark them as spam (rather than deleting them) to educate the filter.

  Eventually, it will pick up on the new trends.
