Unwanted text showing up in Contact Form when previewed

    I made a contact page and when I preview it some of the fields are showing my user name and email address in the area where site users are to type ‘their’ information. I can’t figure out why and how to get rid of it.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    When you’re logged in to your WordPress.com account, any contact forms will be pre-filled with your own account information. Other WordPress.com users will see their own information pre-filled there, while anyone who isn’t logged in will just see a blank contact form.
