  Hi there,

  Which site is this for? I see you have a few on your account. Can you tell us a bit more about the trouble you are having? What is the picture you are trying to update? Something I can see on your homepage or do I need to look someplace specific?

  When you try to replace the image do you get an error message or some other strange behavior? Thanks for the additional info!
