  I’m trying to cancel the hydroflame transaction as I never used it. It’s not coming up in the upcoming billing section. I have received an email about it, thoigh

  The account you are logged in to doesn’t own any upgrades. What is the URL of the site you need to cancel the upgrades for? Once I know more, I’ll see what I can find.
