Update.

    I had a company build my website a few years ago and it tells me I am on the latest version (5.2) but when I do a search it appears that it isn’t actually the latest version and some of my plugins are not working.

    How do I get to the latest version without rebuilding the site?

    Can you share the URL of your website?

    I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with the user account you are posting from. This frequently means that you have a site using the open source WordPress software, but hosted elsewhere.
