What exactly so you mean by update an address?
The site address is http://priorityphysicianplacement.wordpress.com/re: purchasing upgrades
WordPress.com provides free blogs and hosts them free of charge. There are no bandwidth charges. All WordPress.com blogs come with 3000 megabytes (~3 GBs) of space for storing uploaded files and images. Free features are listed here https://en.wordpress.com/features/
We have different plans: free, personal, premium and business. All hosting is free regardless of which plan you choose. You can view all wp plan features here https://wordpress.com/pricing/ Add a plan for your site here: http://store.wordpress.com/plans/.
There are no monthly payment plans and no bulk deal upgrades. We are billed annually. Also note that purchase orders are not accepted. We must pay for all upgrades in full at the time of purchase.
Make sure you read the comparison very closely do you know exactly what the restrictions and limitations on WordPress.COM blogging are: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Read sure to read Important Notes Before Upgrading http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/#important-notes-before-upgrading
WordPress.com does not provide an email service for blogs on their sub domains or on custom domains. Please see these support docs
https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-forwarding/What domain mapping does is providing a seamless redirect to the very same content under the new domain URL when a person clicks the old URL to the original content. It can take up to 72 hours for domain propagation to take place throughout the internet but it doesn’t usually take that long. https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and purchase upgrades at > Dashboard> Store > My Upgrades
https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/Your billing history will be at Dashboard > Store > Billing History
https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/Your only options for payment are found here Payment Methods http://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

If you would like to change your WordPress.com site’s URL, there are options and instructions for doing so here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
Please bear in mind that once changed, that site’s original WordPress.com URL will become permanently unavailable for future use by you or any other user. If you feel that you might need that URL again in the future, you might consider starting a new site with your preferred name rather than changing the name of your existing site.
Please let me know if you have further questions or if anything is unclear.

Thank you for following-up! When I ask “how can I update the address on our home page?” – I am referring to the “physical location of our offices”. Does that help?
If you take a look at in the upper right corner of our home page at http://www.priorityphysicianplacement.com you will see our office location/ street address.
I seem to be able to edit everything on our various web pages through WordPress (admin) except this street address. ? Please advise. Thanks in advance for offering steps to update this portion of our home page.

priorityphysicianplacement.com is a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, hosted by Unified Layer, not by wordpress.com.
It is not on our servers and we cannot help you here at all. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.com/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.com/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page

The info that timethief has posted is correct.
WordPress.com staff can only assist with WordPress.com hosted sites. I would encourage you to explore some of the resources she linked in her post for assistance with your self-hosted WordPress.org site.

Thank you for your reply, timethief. If you are correct, how come I am able to log into my account via wordpress.com and not via wordpress.org
After now confirming with you that I am, in fact, a wordpress.COM user, can you please assist me with my earlier inquiry. Simply need to update an address in the top right corner of our home page at http://www.priorityphysicianplacement.com. Is there not a customer service person that users can speak with by telephone with WordPress (like other similar companies with exemplary service – i.e. Constant Contact)?
Thanks again!

Again, priorityphysicianplacement.com is not a WordPress.com site. You may have a WordPress.com account, but that does not mean that your site is hosted on WordPress.com servers. It looks like a few years ago you were using https://priorityphysicianplacement.wordpress.com/ for your website. But it has been inactive for a few years now. That indicates to me that you moved to a self-hosted WordPress.org solution for your site at some point. The fact that priorityphysicianplacement.com is not on WordPress.com servers and the domain has non-WordPress.com nameservers is further proof of this.
Have you tried logging into your site directly:
