    I’m trying to get some clarification on my website, the person who was in charge previously didn’t leave me with much information about how the site works. I tried logging into the account to see payments and history of payments, but I can’t come to the normal profile page that has our site ‘sternteam.com’ connected to the profile. Can you help me with this?

    Hi there!

    I checked the domain you mentioned and found that we do not host it at WordPress.com. The domain appears to be registered with GoDaddy, a different company, and it’s possible the WordPress.org site on this domain is also hosted by them.

    I noticed that you have reached out to us via email as well, and we answered some questions regarding the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
