I updated my credit card information weeks ago and just received an email I did not update it. Please respond to me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) please or call [redacted]. I would like to pay immediately.

Are you logged in to the correct account to renew? I have added modlook to the tag box for a mod/member of staff to respond in due course (and remove your phone number). -
Yes that is where I updated credit card information. They recently sent a new email saying I had no updated the information but the info is current and has my new credit card in there. So wondering if they need to double check on their end or try the card again.

The reason I asked if you are logged in to the right account is that acphockey.com. was created 9th January 2017 but this account you are using now wasn’t created until 24th January 2017.

@themagicrobot is correct. There is no history of upgrade purchases or a store credit card information under the account you are contacting us from. If you can contact us from the account connected to the upgrade, we can look into the credit card issue for you.
