Update credit card

    Hi,

    Next month my domain subscription will be renewed. I have changed my credit card and I need to update the card information. Unfortunately when I try to change the information I get an error message saying ‘User or token does not have access to specified subscripion’.
    What I am doing wrong?

    Hi there,

    It looks like you’re logged into the wrong account.

    The domain mapping upgrade for your domain, aclimatando.org.ar, belongs to a different admin on the site, aclimatando. Only the account that owns an upgrade can update payment information for that upgrade.

    If you log out of this account and log back in as aclimatando you’ll be able to update those details.
