update credit card informations

  Hi,
  My domain is about to expire. I didn’t find the place to update my billing informations…
  My credit card expired and I need to register another one.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  you can update your credit card information if you go to My upgrades and then, if you have Auto Renew enabled, click Update Credit Card.

  The problem is that I don’t have Auto renew enable, or the option for enable it. And I can’t find another option to renew the domain registration and maping.
  It is expired and will stop on febrary, 18.

  when I go to My upgrades, the page shows:
  Domínio: andarilhar.com
  Domínio Registrado com WordPress.com
  Adquirido por Heloisa Gaspar
  Saiba mais Configurações do Domínio
  Status: Expirando
  Este upgrade expira em29 dias em 18 de fevereiro de 2015
  $18.00
  USD por ano

  And i don’t have a link to payment options…
  :(

  The domain http://www.andarilhar.com was regsitered on wordpress.com, but now I use it on wordpress.org

  Hi,

  seems like you domain had expired yesterday. It can be renewed at regular price if you wish to.

  But when I go to the upgrades, I don’t have the option to register ou renew my domain…
  I don’t have any option!!!!
  If I try to register the domain again, the message: O domínio já está mapeado para um blog do WordPress.com. (the domain is already maped for a blog on wordpress.com)

  Hi there!

  The domain andarilhar.com is registered to a different WordPress.com account. Do you have another account perhaps?
