Update DNS records

    Hi,

    I would like to view the DNS records we have hosted on WordPress Name Severs. According to this support page https://wordpress.com/support/domains/custom-dns/ I can ‘go to Upgrades → Domains to view all the domains associated with that site’. However when I do this I see the message ‘Domains are not available for this site.You can only purchase domains for sites hosted on WordPress.com at this time.’

    What do I need to do here to be able to view our DNS records?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello! 👋🏼

    Before we continue, just to let you know that there was an error with your site’s Jetpack connection, which we have resolved for the site owner’s account.

    However, all administrators must reconnect their WordPress.com accounts with the site by following these steps:

    1. Log in to WordPress.com
    2. Navigate to https://rhomotion.com/wp-admin from the same tab
    3. Log in and Approve the Jetpack connection (follow the instructions from the screen)

    ℹ️ I sent a password-reset link for your account, so you can set your preferred one. I had to reset it earlier during my attempt to reconnect your account for the site, but given that you’re using a 2FA plugin, I couldn’t log in from my end.

    Regarding editing your connected domain’s DNS records, after connecting your WordPress.com account with the domain/site (via the steps above), you will be able to access the DNS management like this:

    1. Log in to your WordPress.com account
    2. From the dashboard’s menu, navigate to Upgrades → Domains → [domain]
    3. Click on the “DNS records” section to expand it
    4. Click on the “Manage” button
