i receive update failed red bar error message every single time i need to make a post or update to a page. how can i get this corrected. this is a business account for lindsey software but i had to set up my own just to be able to contact support. is there no customer support number to call?

If I post the account information here, it is public correct? Is there a way to handle this more privately? We host several sites so this is occurring within all the websites- one being orangeha.com (current site I am trying to make a change to). Does that help?

It does, thanks. This is a self-managed installation, or possibly it’s managed by your host, right?
These forums are actually for the sites here at WordPress.com, which is different than what you have as your own WordPress installation at Sucuri.
The error you’re getting is typically a network issue. So I’d try different internet connections first, and if it persists, contact your host.
