Update Notes Section

  I would absolutely love it WordPress can include a feature that allows writers and bloggers to make manual notes for updates and corrections they make to already published blogs. There is a section that does show you when was the last time the blog was edited and when, but I want the ability to type in a short note saying what was actually done rather than trying to get a mental note of specific activity that was changed or added. I say this because I regularly go through my old blogs and make corrections and add things (specific things) that I don’t want to have to try to remember, but just be there at a glance so I can move on to ones that haven’t be freshly updated.
