Update requirement has locked me out of my site

  When I try to login I get the message: Database Update Required.

  I realize my wordpress site is out of date but I need to retrieve data from my estore prior to updating otherwise I will lose all my data.

  How can I accomplish this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
