I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, http://kellisorg.com/ is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/ Your webhost’s support team is another good resource.

Thank you for your response.
I did have a forum response from WP.org that described how to turn off the plugin and allow the site to be accessed.
I was looking anywhere for some assistance since I am not well versed in problems with plugins. -
I can understand that, some of this stuff can be frustrating. However, the fact remains that WordPress.com staff cannot assist with a site that is not located on our servers.
If it is giving you a lot of trouble, you might look into hiring a WordPress professional local to you to help you get your site off the ground.
