  I am a 3 year user. My blog is http://www.italianamericanwriter.com. Now, when I try to get to my dashboard, i get a message to update wordpress data base. i have clicked on it many times and have been patient to no avail. How do I get to my dashboard?

  http://www.italianamericanwriter.com is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog and we can’t help you with it. This support forum is only for free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and if that’s the site you need help with then this is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/ If you have not registered a WordPress.org username account yet you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums.

  I’m sorry but there is no number to call. Moreover, WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and yours is an WordPress.ORG issue.
