Update Word Press site if I can’t log in to panel

I am getting the error message about MySQL extension missing and I want to update my site, but when I try to access the admin panel it just gives me the error message. Help!!

I just went into my host site and updated the PHP to 8.0 and it still isn’t working

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
